Pc-medical was founded in 2005 by Mathew Jones. I have over 20 years of experience in computer repairs. My aim is to offer a personalised service to my customers and remove the hassle
that pc & laptop repair and maintenance can cause.
There's no
need to dismantle your system and take it to the
high street repair shop only to find out you will have to leave
it with them for 6 weeks (as some major high street stores
do). You then quite often find the bill is nearly as much as the
system cost in the first place.
I will do
all the work for you. On site if possible.
Of course there are occasions when I would have to bring
your system back to the workshop but I aim to have your
system back in a few days time if not the next day.
Here's how it works.
Your system has slowed to a crawl or you think
you may have a Virus or Trojan or it simply wont start.
You call Mathew on 0771 953 5802
We arrange a time to suit you for me to come out and assess the problem. Day & evening appointments available. There is no charge and no obligation for this service in the Stockport area. (A call out charge may apply outside the Stockport area)
In most cases software / hardware issues can be addressed on site within the hour possibly two hours.
If I think the computer / laptop repair will take longer
than two hours I will suggest carrying out the repair / service back at the workshop at a reduced rate. My typical hourly on-site rate is £35 per hour (oap's £25
per hour).
